Air Experience Flight – PPL Exercise 3
Your flight counts as a genuine flying lesson and can be logged in your pilot logbook.

Pre-flight briefing
Your flying instructor will explain the aircraft, safety procedures and what to expect during the flight.

Take the controls
After take-off, you will be handed control of the aircraft and will fly the warbird yourself.

Combat-style manoeuvres
Your instructor will demonstrate evasive manoeuvres used by WWII fighter pilots when reacting to enemy attack.

Full aerobatic sequence
Your pilot will perform:

• Aileron Roll
• Barrel Roll

The Fighter Mission – £1,499.00

One-hour hands-on warbird adventure with route planning & full aerobatics

The Fighter Mission is a premium, extended, one-hour aviation experience designed for those who want maximum hands-on flying time,
deeper immersion and the chance to plan and execute your own fighter-style mission profile.
If you want the most time at the controls—this is it.

During your flight, you will help plan the route, handle the aircraft for a significant portion of the mission, and experience the same WWII aerobatics taught to fighter pilots of the 1940s.
This is the closest you can get to a real wartime training sortie.

What’s Included in The Fighter Mission

One-hour mission profile
A full 60-minute experience—your longest and most immersive flight option. This allows generous hands-on time and a complete mission-style sortie.

Route planning session
Before engine start, you will sit with your instructor to plan the route, discuss headings, altitude, manoeuvres and what to expect during each phase of the mission.

Hands-on flying
Throughout the mission, you will fly the warbird for extended periods, learning how it handles in cruise, climb, turns and combat-style manoeuvres.

Full aerobatic sequence
Just like in WWII training, you will witness and feel a complete aerobatic display including:

• Aileron Roll
• Barrel Roll
• Cuban Eight

An extraordinary 2-hour mission  to the legendary Derwent Dams of 617 Squadron (2 hour flight from Peterborough £1999.00 – Manchester Barton flights are 30 – 40 minutes due to close proximity £750.00)

The Dam Buster Flight is a full 2-hour warbird mission that takes you from your departure airfield all the way to the famous Derwent Dams—the same location used by 617 Squadron as they rehearsed for the legendary Dambusters raid of 1943.

You will fly past the iconic twin Derwent Dams, where 617 Squadron trained in strict secrecy before the Dambusters raid.
