Promotional flights are non-refundable and available only on specified dates.
Flights operated at Old Warden require customers to purchase a separate event entry ticket through the Shuttleworth Collection.
If a flight cannot proceed at Old Warden, it will be rebooked at an alternative location (Peterborough, Fowlmere, or Fenland).
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided the flight has not been taken during that period.
After 14 days, bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person (subject to eligibility).

Bookings will be revalidated, but refunds will only be issued where legally required.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you do not redeem and complete your flight within 12 months, all monies paid are automatically forfeited.
