Harvard hire

T6 Harvard Ltd – One of the unique things about our company is that we train students to solo standard and allow solo flight in the Harvard if the student satisfies the instructor that they are capable of looking after our treasured Wacky Wabbit! Solo flight is at the Instructors discretion, which varies dramatically from student to student. Typically students may take between 3.5 – 20 hours of training (Sometimes more) to solo the aircraft from our extensive experience. We can not put an average on this, and it’s entirely up to the student! “Conversions”

Solo flight shall be subject to the student fulfilling the T6 Harvard Ltd Instructors requirements and the caveats in the SOP; if you would like to train on the Harvard to experience heavy tailwheel aircraft or aspire to solo aeroplane, then contact us at [email protected] for further details.

Hire of our treasured Harvard may be available to organisations, typically with our pilots. It is possible to hire our aircraft with pilots who have the appropriate experience on the type and a proven track record of flying the Harvard and checked out by ourselves.

Hourly rates are based on the Hobbs meter, set at air time. Any additional charges may be incurred for training at nominated airfields, such as landing fees. Don’t hesitate to contact us for the current hourly rate. (T&C apply)
